Check Out My Cool New Sidebar!

Just a quick note in case you're wondering about the slightly new look of my blog. I've added a little mini gallery of items from my shop to the sidebar. Just click on a photo and you'll be taken to the listing in my shop. Ain't that just the coolest?

I hope it works properly for everyone's browser. Looks fine on my end.

More knitting and fiber fun to come later this week . . .

Love the sidebar -- really neato! Got a question for you: there are only a few superwash sportweight skeins, why is that? Is it lots harder to make that in all the cool colors your sock weight yarns come in?

Thanks much!

In answer to Suzy's question above about the sportweight superwash merino, the answer is simply time. The Sock weight flies off the shelf, but not so many folks are as interested in the sportweight.

If you ever see a colorway on my superwash sock yarn that you would like in the sportweight superwash, just send me a message and I can probably accommodate your request.

Most colorways cannot be duplicated on other fibers, but since both of these are superwash merino, it's not a problem to duplicate them as a special order. Just ask!

Very nice sidebar. Just that much more temptation for us fiberholics.

It looks beautiful! I've just started playing with "real" dyes instead of just wilsons and kool-aid, and your yarns are a real inspiration.
